Friendship Park Improvements

Park-wide improvements at Friendship Park: site demolition and earthwork, concrete flatwork, curb and ADA path replacement, new playground and fitness equipment, pavilion and shade structures, restroom renovation, storm drain and site utilities, sports and perimeter fencing, and full landscape and irrigation. 200 working days. Zeco self-performing the majority of the work — demolition, earthwork, concrete, fencing and landscape — with union crews and company equipment.

Rialto City Park Court Resurfacing

Full resurfacing of the park's basketball, tennis and four pickleball courts: crack repair, concrete grinding and patching, acrylic color-coating system in a custom city palette with the RIALTO logo at center court, new nets and posts, new adjustable basketball systems, chain-link fence with core-drilled posts and WPCP compliance. Substantial completion letter issued March 2025.

Complete renovation of two baseball fields: laser-graded infields, DG paths, new backstop and outfield fencing, foul poles, bleachers, flag pole, scoreboard, LED sports-lighting package with new electrical service, smart irrigation and hybrid-bermuda hydroseed. Notice to proceed issued 2026; Zeco self-performing sitework, fence and landscape with union electrical and paving subcontractors.
