Permits

Permits & checklists

Confined-space permits, hot-work permits, equipment inspection checklists, pressure tests and daily job reports — standard forms, filled out every time.

If you're hurt on the job

Workers' compensation covers every Zeco employee from the first hour. Here is exactly what to do:

  1. Get care. Life-threatening: call 911. Otherwise go to the project's designated medical center (address is on the trailer Emergency Information poster).
  2. Tell your foreman the same day — even for a minor injury. They complete the Incident Report with you.
  3. Office files the claim with our workers' comp carrier within one business day and gives you the DWC-1 claim form.
  4. We bring you back. Modified-duty assignments are available so you keep earning while you heal.

Questions about a claim: info@zeco-inc.com · 714-622-7111. Reporting an injury will never be held against you.
