Standard Subcontract Agreement

Zeco's master subcontract — scope, schedule, payment (pay-when-paid, retention), change orders, insurance, indemnity, prevailing wage / DIR, safety, termination, dispute resolution. This is the agreement every awarded subcontractor signs; only the project-specific blanks change.

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

Applies to every material and equipment supplier: net-30 public-works payment, submittals within 14 days and no fabrication before approval, California-PE sealed engineering, firm lead times and delivery dates with responsibility for delay damages, firm pricing, 96-hour delivery notice, warranty transfer to the Owner, and order of precedence. Drawn from our current (Northwood Park, 2026) purchase orders.

Required with every award

• Certificates of insurance naming Zeco, Inc. and the Owner as additional insured (GL, auto, workers' comp, excess per the subcontract)
• DIR public-works registration number and CSLB license in good standing
• Signed CWA / PLA Letter of Assent where the project has a labor agreement
• Site-specific safety plan acknowledgment and attendance at Zeco tailgates
• Submittals within two weeks of award (standard)
• Certified payroll weekly through the Owner's LCP system
